Are you lacking confidence in your virtual classroom? Attend this webinar, “Technology Integration for the Classroom 101” to help ease from the traditional classroom to a virtual classroom. This webinar provides the attendees with valuable and practical information often omitted in other training and webinars. The attendee will be able to organize virtual classrooms, identify personalized functional technology for classroom integration, and conduct synchronous and asynchronous virtual teaching. At the conclusion, the attendee will be provided with 50 educational technology tools and an innovative virtual classroom concept with Screencast-o-Matic.

About the Presenter

Dr. Jacoba L. Durrell is a Career and Technical Education graduate from Auburn University. She has conducted numerous technology sessions with SBEA and ABEA integrating technology, social media and Netiquette into classrooms. She has served as a PBL panel judge for state competitions in public speaking, management analysis and decision making, marketing analysis and decision making, and emerging business issues. She works with City of Auburn Police Department and Auburn Office of Professional and Continuing Education to facilitate software training of various programs. She specializes in business and marketing education, technology integration, social media and digital citizenship. She is the 2019 ABEA Scholarship Recipient and serves on the editorial board of Auburn University The Professional Educator Journal. In her spare time, she serves as 1st Vice President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority – Psi Gamma Zeta Chapter and Alabama State Association IT Media Team.
