Convention Registration

The deadline to return the NBEA 2019 Annual Convention Early Registration Form is March 27. For registrations received after March 27 or paid on site, the fee schedule is provided below.

If you are paying with MasterCard or VISA, you can register online by completing the Online Registration Form. If you are paying by check or with a purchase order, print the Registration Form, provide all requested information, and mail it with your check or purchase order to NBEA, 1914 Association Drive, Reston, VA 20191-1596; (Tel) 703-860-8300; (Fax) 703-620-4483. (Please note, the deadline to submit a P.O. is March 6. A copy of the P.O. MUST be mailed or faxed with the registration form.)

Convention registration is required to attend any session, activity, or meal function.

Registrations received without payment will be returned. Refunds will be made from the NBEA headquarters by June 1. A $50 processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled by March 27; after that date, no refunds will be made. No Exceptions will be made to the refund policy. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing.

 

NBEA Convention Registration Fees

NBEA convention registration fees received on or before March 27: $285 for Professional members, $170 for Student members, $210 for Retired members, $495 for nonmembers, and $125 for spouses of members (non-teaching, non-student only).

NBEA convention registration fees received after March 27 or paid on site: $360 for Professional members, $245 for Student members, $285 for Retired members, $570 for nonmembers, and $200 for spouses of members (non-teaching, non-student only).
