The National Business Education Association (NBEA) is happy to invite your organization to participate in the 2025 NBEA Convention from Tuesday, October 21 – Friday, October 24, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio!

If your organization wants to build relationships with the strongest professional association of business educators, then you need to exhibit at the NBEA 2025 Annual Convention & Exhibition.

September 30: Final deadline to make room reservations in the room block

October 1: Deadline for reserving spot in the pitch competition (sponsorship Bronze +)

October 1: Deadline for submission and payment of exhibit space.

October 7: Deadline to submit names for exhibitor or sponsor badge names

Table-Top Exhibit Guidelines

Each exhibit space will include:

• 2 Chairs
• Wastebasket
• 2 Complimentary exhibitor badges per space (additional badges available for $100 each)
• Complimentary admission to all sessions

Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be assigned by NBEA staff on or about October 1.

Space is not confirmed until full payment for the exhibit table is received by NBEA.

Pitch Competition

Introducing the all-new Pitch Competition, an exclusive event for Bronze level + sponsors at this year's convention! The Pitch Competition takes place during lunch on Tuesday, October 22, providing a unique platform for sponsors to showcase their products and/or services. With a captive audience enjoying lunch, participants have 5-6 minutes to deliver a quick and compelling pitch. This event not only allows sponsors to gain visibility but also engages convention attendees with our exhibitors in a dynamic way. The friendly competition adds an element of excitement as attendees vote for their favorite pitch. Hurry, as there are only a limited number of slots available, and it's first come, first served. Don't miss the chance to captivate the audience and make a lasting impression at the convention!

Power and/or Internet access will be at exhibitor’s expense and can be ordered directly with the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati Hotel.

Shipping Details 

The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati will only accept pre-paid packages. A $20.00 per box handling fee will apply to all shipments to or from the hotel. Charges per pallet will be determined on a case by case basis, starting at $225 flat fee per pallet. Any packages delivered COD will be refused by the Hotel and no notification will be made by the Hotel to the shipper.

Parking Expenses:  The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers valet parking. Current charges for registered hotel guests are $35 per night. In and out privileges are available to guests who bill parking charges to their hotel bill. As the hotel does not operate the parking garage, these rates are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

If the EXHIBITOR notifies NBEA in writing by August 15, 2025, that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein, all fees paid by the EXHBITOR will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. No refund of any fees will be made if such notice is received after August 15, 2025.
