From: NBEA Executive Director, Joe McClary, CAE Date: December 1, 2021 Subject: Executive Board Openings This public posting fulfills requirements in the National Business Education Association’s (NBEA) Policies and Procedures on election notice. Nominations for the following position are now open: - NBEA President-elect (2022-2023) - COMPLETE THIS NOMINATION FORM by February 18, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time if you meet eligibility requirements. Election to this positions is a three year commitment involving duties pertaining to president-elect, president, and immediate past present.
- * NBEA Executive Board Representative for the North Central Region (2022-2025).
- * NBEA Executive Board Representative for the Mountain-Plains Region (2022-2025).
Eligible persons for the listed positions may not have previously served on the Executive Board for a total of three years or more (consecutive or non-consecutive), excluding officer terms. Eligibility also requires that a person has been an NBEA member in good standing for five consecutive years and must have attended at least three NBEA Conventions within the last seven years, immediately prior to running for office.
* Regional directors are nominated by their regional association, if applicable, and elected by the NBEA Executive Board, for three-year terms (on a staggered basis) on the Executive Board. NBEA regional associations shall submit the name of their eligible NBEA Executive Board representative prior to March 1st of each applicable year.
