Just wanted to alert you all that there is an innovative companion leadership development work/textbook now published by Kendall-Hunt that can be easily used with other texts by business educators. I co-authored an innovative semester project via a companion work/textbook titled - Igniting Your Leadership: Accelerating Your Career with P.R.I.D.E.. It is an online interactive learning experience for students. The content is based upon the theme that leaders must exhibit self-leadership in order to convince others that they are credible themselves. Therefore, the students complete 5 steps towards their leadership project which is the design of a commitment letter where they actually self-examine their strengths and weaknesses. A complimentary online copy can be obtained from Alyssa Bowen at Kendall-Hunt (Abowen@kendallhunt.com).
