If you are completing this form, you are an individual that has registered and paid for the 2020 NBEA Convention in Boston, MA. Due to the Corona Virus, the convention has pivoted to an interactive virtual conference to be held on the same dates. Vendors have additional options. Please contact Bbaxter@nbea.org for your options. Individuals have several options:
OPTION 1 - Avoid the hassle of processing refunds, and receive a paid in full credit for next year's conference in New Orleans. The 2021 conference is expected to cost approximately 20% more than the 2020 conference. If you forgo a refund now and take the credit, you will be receive: full access to next years conference for no additional charge. Meal credits will also be advanced to next year. If you paid for a meal this year, it will be good for the equivalent event next year. PLUS receive full entry to the virtual conference for no additional charge.If you would like to receive a credit for fees paid, plus free entry to the virtual conference.
OPTION 2- Receive a full refund and pay the higher price for the New Orleans Convention and $149.00 for the virtual conference if you attend. NBEA has waived all early cancellation penalties. Please make your selection below. The deadline for requesting a full refund is April 3, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Those who do not respond by the deadline will have the credit assigned by default.
